There are some very cool little quirky nooks and cubbys.LOTS of personality in this apt. Laundry access (washer/dryer & clothesline:) , private parking in rear. Seprate entrance from front or rear. Storage provided in the basement.

This apt. is in the 36th block of Queen Ave. in North Minneapolis. This area is becoming a "nice" part of town only a couple of blocks from The Victory Memorial Parkway. 1/2 block from the MTC busline. We are within a few blocks of shopping/dining. If you are looking for a long term Pagan friendly home to rent , this is worth taking a peek at!

We are a Pagan couple. We have cats and dogs. We will pay water, sewer and garbage service. Renter will need to pay electric/ gas/ and ADT secuity service.
We will be responsible for yard mantainence, snow removal etc, , , But the gardens will be shared if there is an intrest;
we plan this year to grow enough to support (with canning and drying even freezing, enough for feed 4 people for the whole year. We also plan to establish raspberrys and strawberrys. And if all goes well plant 2 apple trees:)
The rent will be 900.00 a month.
