The Heartland Spiritual Alliance, in Kansas City, is currently seeking bids from interested Meals Providers for the 2008 Heartland Pagan Festival at Camp Gaea. The festival occurs from May 22nd through May 26th. Meals Provider will be responsible for stocking, operating and staffing the provided kitchen space. Interested Meals Provider will provide the Meals Committee Chair a full menu, pricing, available options, serving times and any special needs or requirements. Meals begin with dinner on Thursday the 22nd and end with brunch on Monday the 26th. Omnivore and Vegetarian options should be considered.
The opening night dinner is free to all who attend opening Ritual and is paid for in part by the Meals Committee. Your bid should also include a Monday night meal for staff staying for festival cleanup. Typically leftovers and remaining food stock, all you can eat for $5.00.
If you are interested in bidding for the Meal Provider Contract please provide at a minimum, your qualifications and that of your staff, summary of your meals provider work history, references and your Festival Menu Plan for brunch and dinner. Additional information regarding the Meals Provider Contract will be provided as requested.

Meals Provider Bids being considered must be postmarked no later then November 1st, 2007 to be considered. No bids will be accepted through E-mail or digital formats of any kind. Final selection will be made on November 4th, 2007
