2013 Meals Provider Bid Request

The Heartland Spiritual Alliance, in Kansas City, is currently seeking bids from interested Meals Providers for the 2013 Heartland Pagan Festival, “Under the Dragon Moon” at the Camp Gaea Retreat Center in McLouth KS.
The festival occurs from May 23rd through May 27th.
Meals Provider will be responsible for stocking, operating and staffing the provided kitchen space. Meals Provider will post menu options for festival participants to choose from and collect all monies through a PayPal type account. Interested Meals Provider will provide the Meals Committee Chair a full menu, pricing and available options. Meals begin with dinner on Thursday the 23rd and end with brunch on Monday the 27th. Healthy omnivore and vegetarian options should be considered.
The Meals Provider will work with the Meals Committee to jointly provide a Thursday Night Community Chili Dinner. Your bid might also include a Monday night meal for staff staying for festival cleanup. Typically leftovers and remaining food stock, all you can eat for $5.00.
If you are interested in bidding for the Meal Provider Contract please provide at a minimum, your qualifications and that of your staff, summary of your meals provider work history, references and your Festival Menu Plan for brunch and dinner. Additional information regarding the Meals Provider Contract will be provided as requested. Such as: Housing and parking, booth space in the Merchants Circle.
