Looking for Roommate in Phillipsburg, NJ

Greetings all.
I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse with, in Phillipsburg, NJ. It's not a terribly big home, but I'm renting out a rather large bedroom.
There is a shared walk-in closet, off-street parking, a small fenced-in yard, and free high-speed internet access.
While I do keep the house clean (despite the animal's best efforts) , I purchased it as a fixer-upper and it is still in the process of being fixed up. The kitchen and bathroom were re-modeled just last year and everything works fine, but there is still a lot of cosmetic work that needs to be done.
I'm a 27 year old female, Asatru/Norse Polytheist, work full-time and am still slogging away in school. I have cats and two large male dogs, your pets are more than welcome so long as your dog (s) is/are dog-friendly and don't try to eat the cats. Space is a consideration, as well, so an unreasonable amount of pets probably wouldn't work out. At any rate, a love of animals is a must. I'm relatively quiet, relaxed, and clean, and ask the same of any potential roommate.
Smoking allowed in bedroom, but not in general areas.
~$450/month, utilities 50/50~
