Support Inuit of Greenland - Petition

I was approached at the beginning of this month by some Inuit friends in Greenland to help get the word out about a situation there. The Greenland government is trying to change the rules in regards to mining for stones in Greenland.
This was specifically predicated by 5 Inuits who were exercising their rights under current Greenland law to manually mine rocks and gems. Their rights which were protected under law before, have been summarily crushed without warning or recourse. This is a situation near and dear to my heart so it i difficult for me to be neutral about it.
The reason: Valuable ruby has been found.

I would like to encourage everyone and anyone to sign the petition. Please read about it first and see if it is something you want to support first.
If anyone knows of other places to post the petition, please let me know or if you are so motivated, go ahead and post it there too. I am trying to drum up as much international support as I am able and I would love it if this thing went big on the net.
