In need of kindness

I'm not sure how to do this, I'm not sure what to say. I'm not at all good at asking for help. However, here I am.
I am going through some incredibly difficult times. I won't go into huge detail, I'll just say that my marriage is in deep trouble, I'm dealing with an addict who is stealing my urgently needed medications, my health is poor and I'm generally struggling. Normally, I have enough confidence to do anything at all that I need to do. I also have the courage. The problem is that years of being in a marriage where I am isolated (essentially alone other than my children) , devalued and physically suffering have taken their toll. I'm fully and painfully aware that I myself allowed this to happen. I also know that only I can set it right. What I'm asking for is maybe a mentor who can help me keep my head straight while I dig myself out of this hole I dug. Or, if not that, just a simple candle lit would be deeply appreciated.
