Merry Meet, friends.
I am a member of a seven-strong Circle in the Youngstown, Ohio area that is seeking a facility for regular use, to house our activities, bring others in and teach them, and store a few supplies, altar, book shelves, and miscellaneous objects.
A few basic amenities that I'm looking for:
1.) Preferably 2 open rooms for our use, we can deal with a single room though. A padlock or built-in lock either provided or allowed is a MUST.
2.) Working bathroom. This is a must!
3.) Kitchen facilities: sink, refrigerator, counter space. This isn't a necessity, but it would be nice.
4.) Larger multi-purpose room for our shared use. Could be a sanctuary, meeting hall, dining hall, or something of that nature. Not a necessity either.
5.) PARKING! A lit parking lot would be excellent, but if not, I would be more than happy to help get that set up.
6.) Night-and-weekend access. We aren't a disturbance of your normal, day to day activities, but a lot of our activities take place in the evening, at night, or on the weekends. I would be more than happy to sign a security waiver/release/agreement.
Our available budget is no more than about $300 per month. However, we can also pay in services. Each member of my group is very talented in different ways, and we are all willing to do basic maintenance work, clean the facilities, take care of the day to day chores if needed, and provide general and reasonable assistance with repairs or upgrades.
