You’ve heard about poetry contests, photography contests, and short story contests, but how about a ritual contest!?
1st Prize - $50!
2nd Prize - $20
3rd Prize - $20
Entries will be accepted until Oct 19, 2009.
Winners will be announced on All Hallows’ Eve!
The Awakened Nation is holding a contest for the most original, effective, and fun ritual you can come up with! Rituals from all traditions are welcome! Have you ever created your own ritual before? If you have, share it with us so that we can expand our online library! If you haven’t, now is the time to share your knowledge and skills with other people by trying it out!
But what makes a good ritual? Entries will be judged on the following criteria:
1. It must have a useful purpose
2. It must be effective at achieving that purpose
3. It must have little to no financial cost
4. It must be able to be personalized
5. It should be fun to perform!
