Pennsylvania law against fortune telling

How many of you know about the old fortune telling law in Pennsylvania. It has been used in the arrest of psychics lately and if you read this law, you will realize the need for it's removal. It is like a witch hunt in the way it is stated. I would suggest to you, that you type in: fortune telling and Pennsylvania law. It is under the gaming section. When you read this and how easy it is to be arrested for just about anything and how much it allows for any one with a cause (especially a religiously biased cause) , to have you arrested, you will want to get a petition going like I did. and Metaphysical Life Learning Services. I feel, until this law is removed, we are in danger of who we are and what we do. I know, as for myself, I have done international psychic work on Television and investigations, but for the individual off of the street in my county, I will do nothing. The newspapers will not put in a add on Meditation classes and to put in a psychic add is against thier publishing laws. This was not in effect when I came here years ago. I could advertise, but not now. Are we going backwards in bigotry and in our freedom of beliefs? I could not put a press release in when I came back from doing the psychic TV job in another country, but it is fine for them to sell newspapers by putting articles about psychics in and also might I add putting their picture in the paper also. They did this to me, without my permission. If something happened to me as a result of that law and them putting my picture in, wouldn't I have the right to sue them? But would I have won in this state? I think not. All I have left to say, is move somewhere safe, or boycot by not doing readings for the general public until they do something. (you would be surprised if you knew how many people don't know about it and they scoff at it when you tell them) But, people please see the situation for what it is, good psychics are labeled along with bad and the way the law is worded, it is harmfull to us all.
