Help my Lil One

Proclamation...
Please help my lil one. My cat is 20 yrs old. We have been together since she was 2 mths old. My lil familiar and I have been thru a lot of rough times. However, now she is in need of help.
She is now on a strict wet food diet consisting of mostly canned tuna diluted with water, home made soups (without salt) , and other such. Her problem is chronic severe cnstipation. The poor thing is in such pain.
As a nurse, I can pretty much do the medical, but it is not helping any more.
I hate to see her in such pain, she does not deserve this pain. Other than that, she is quite active, but it has been awhile as this last bout is quite severe.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, she is too precious to me.
