Proclamation...
Me and my family are locked into a legal matter. My children have been removed from my home into state's custody due to my wife's inability to take some level of responsibility for my home. We were arrested on allegations of child neglect and child abuse. I have never harmed my children, personally. I work many long hours and am not home enough to deal with matters dealing with the home or the children. I love my children more than anything in this life and desperately want them to come home. I am working diligently with the state to get them home. However, due to my lack of support that I need from family and friends, I am unable to do alot to keep things rolling in getting my children home. Technically, as the officer who arrested us said, I am only charged with these allegations because I live in the home and nothing more. I did all I could to prevent this kind of thing from happening in my life and my children's life. I was in court today to talk about the outcomes and needs of my children and they decided, among other elements of the meeting, to consider my religion (Wiccan) , in the decision of my children coming home. I am requesting from all my Wiccan brother's and sister's to light candle for me and my 3 children in hopes of their return home. My wife is still in jail due to all of this and my inability to get the funds to bond her out. I am also requesting some info. about some good lawyers that have handled cases like this in the criminal area. And any other help that can be given, would be greatly appreciated and will not go un-awarded.
