On Saturday, March 21st, in the courtyard of the Creole Gardens Mansion Bed & Breakfast, we are holding a semi-costumed, semi-formal musical and theatrical gala to celebrate an exotic, erotic urban fantasy novel: Palimpsest, by Catherynne M. Valente.
I am seeking local talent in New Orleans to help us fill out this event and make it even grander: Burlesque dancers, fashionistas, actors and actresses. If you would like to contribute your talents to this exclusive evening or feel you can add to this event in your own dark way, please contact me immediately.
Tophats and masks are highly encouraged for this semi-costumed, semi-formal evening of extravagant entertainment.

If you would like to volunteer as a performer (dancers and variety performers) or as part of our support crew, please contact me immediately.
We are seeking:
* dancers and/or variety acts that would fit in with the Palimpsest theme (see http://www.amazon.com/dp/0553385763 for reference)
* a couple extra door personnel to work a couple short shifts so nobody is stuck at the door the entire night
* a couple more strong, discreet gentlemen who can help us keep the event peaceful in case of unwanted visitors
