Help unrequired but greatly appreciated

Proclamation... Hi, My name is Kim. A friend of mine is in terrible need. This is her story. Her name is Theresa Kruse. I met Theresa about a year ago. She is one of the kindest and sweetest ladies I have ever met. She has two children and her husband died three years ago. Theresa was recently diagnosed with cancer for the second time. The first time around, she was told she would not survive. She did, however, pull through. When she went through the radiation, it ate through the bone in her skull and now she has a permanent soft spot. They told her that the radiologist had ***ed up so badly she would not be able to get a metal plate because there was too high a risk for infection. The tumors in her brain came back about two months ago. She did not even find out about them until she had a seizure at the grocery store and was rushed to the hospital. When she found out that the tumor came back (with a second one) , she was told that they were not able to remove all of the tumors because it would be like "taking brown sugar out of oatmeal" and that there was too much risk to take out healthy tissue. She has recently started doing chemo again. She used to be a nurse and was denied a job as such because of her condition. She has been living off her social security and was living off her husband's life insurance until that money ran out. Their car has recently broke down completely and she now has no way to get to her doctor's appointments or her chemo appointments. Also, because of their situation, they have no money to repair it or get a new one. I fear that her last few years may be occupied with sitting around her apartment wasting away until she has no more life left in her. Her personality has been changing quite a bit and the way she treats the people around her are not at all like the person that I met and befriended one year ago. I fear that she has either lost her faith or maybe that she has just given up. She has been told that she has not got too much time left and I have been trying all that I can do to help. I recently posted a video on YouTube about her situation asking for donations, not just of money, but of food, for her and her kids, or school clothes and supplies for her youngest who just started his sophomore year in High School. I have also gone so far as to start a chain bulletin on Myspace. I have contacted all the local news channels (all the ones I could think of, at least. We do not really watch TV in our household and we are still new here) , I have even gone so far as to contact some of the more famous TV talk shows (Oprah, Ellen, etc) , and I have contacted churches in the local area. I have not told her what I am doing, yet. I think I am just waiting for something to happen. Also, I would love to surprise her and let her know, one day soon, that everything will be okay and she doesn't need to worry anymore. I am asking for any help you can give, whether it be money, clothes, food, prayers, anything you have to offer will be greatly appreciated. She has been told she does not have long to live and all I wish for her is that she can have a chance to live instead of worrying whether or not she can make the rent or keep the electricity going.
Thank you all so much for anything you have to offer. And if you have any advice for me on other ways I may be able to help, that, too, would be greatly appreciated.
UPDATE: Yesterday morning at about 3am Theresa fell at home and her wound from the surgery started to leak. An ambulance was called, but she refused to go with them. They gave her fluids and sent her to bed.
She was going to a doctor's appointment yesterday afternoon and when her ride showed up she was lying, catatonic on her couch. They checked for her vitals and they were so faint that they rushed her to the hospital immediately. I just spoke to her daughter not five minutes ago and found out that she has spinal meningitis.
I haven't learned anything other than that.
Please help her in anyway that you can. Food, donations, blessings, anything. She needs it.
UPDATE (11/12/2009) : I would like to thank any and all of you that contacted me or lent Theresa and her kids your blessings. This past Monday morning around 8ish am Theresa left this world. She is now with her husband and her kids are trying to move on as best they can.
Again, I thank you all for anything that you gave.
