cabin needs occupant

Bright blessings!
I have a small rustic cabin on my property in the Crossville area, and I am looking for a suitable occupant. The cabin has one main room, a full bath, and a small cupboard/closet. There is an efficiency kitchen with an electric stove, a toaster oven, coffee pot, small refrigerator, and lots of cabinets. There are three windows, one with a room air conditioner. Heating is done by a wood-burning stove and oil-filled radiators. Lots of wood around here you may chop. The cabin has a few pieces of furniture, and you are welcome to add your own, or we will scrounge some more if the need is present to do so.
There is no rent required for this cabin.
I only ask that you pay your own electric bill. Water is furnished, as is the hookup for DirecTV. Just add your television. All I ask is that you look after my horses, and pets when we are out of town and help with some property maintenance. The two horse stalls back up to the cabin, so no one even has to go outside to feed most of the time. Occupant will need a phone of some sort and his own transportation. You are free to have full-time employment elsewhere. A single man is fine, or a couple. No children, please.
This is not a temporary offer. I am looking for a long-term occupant.
