Please help my Uncle Skye

Proclamation...
Dear All,
My Dear Uncle Skye lives in San Antonio, Texas.
He is very poor, and blind, and disabiled, he lives with his mate of 18 years[ whom is equally disabled} in a house that is falling down.
They live off roughly 800 per month.
I have called every agency in San Antonio to try and get help.
The support from his from porch is failing, and the porch has holes in it.
When the support from the porch eventually falls, the roof will calaspe on him and his mate..
Please someone, anyone, with experience and or time,
can you please repair his porch and house?
I regretably do not have any money either to help.
Maybe someone could do this as community service for wiccans by wiccans?
He is also a priest of wicca...
I don't know who else to turn to....
