We ship daily, Monday - Friday, and will always contact you if there is a problem with filling your full order within 48 hours (other than check holds of course) . We are a very small concern, and may not be able to answer the phone right away, but all telephone messages will be returned within 24 business hours.
We are making a miniscule profit on these sales, having paid the hefty FedEx fees to Red Dragon for our inventory. We a seeking to scratch out a living while helping to heal our planet and our fellow human beings by removing the harmful side effects of smoking tobacco.
