Originally published in 2002, I just finished revising my first poetry collection for release of a second edition. The previously 120 novel sized book in print is now available as a letter sized 74 digital download at just $3.75. It is comprised of both poetry and journal entries ranging in topic from everyday life to experiences with Wicca. Following is an excerpt. Kisses are like eating,
Devouring of the soul,
Absorption through the meeting
Of lips and
Touching nose to nose.
Kisses are like crises,
Each one an adventure,
The only of my theories
Proven more
By varied outcomes.
Kiss me
Release me
From the stress
Of life and responsibility
From the mess
I can’t control or sway.
Kiss me
Comfort me
Just pretend
That everything’s perfect
And will end
In harmonic catastrophe.
