Vendor Information
All vendor spaces are located indoors and measure 10x10 ft. Spaces are available on a first come first serve basis. We will have tables and chairs available for vendor use at no additional fee. The fee for retail spaces is $30 and $20 for information and non profit spaces and services who are not selling any products/
Performer Information
We will have two stages for performances on the night of the event. Please read the descriptions on our Entertainment page of our website to see if you act would fit what we are looking for. If so, shoot us an email at witchsnight@ yahoo.com to discuss further details. Performers will not be reimburshed for their time, but will be able to set up promotional information or sell merchandise for no charge during their performance and for 20 minutes prior. You will also be listed in our program and on our website.
Donation Information
We are looking for donations of almost any kinds of items to help this night be enjoyable for all attendees. If your business wold be interested in donating goods in exchange for sponsorship credits please keep reading.
Game Prize Donations
The ideal prizes for games will be valued between $15 and $25. These items will be handed out as prizes for the games and contests going on throughout the evening. We need roughly 10 items for this purpose.
Raffle and Door Prize Donations
Suitable items for our raffle and door prizes should be valued between $30 and $60. Ideally, we would like three prizes or prize bundles valued at roughly $50 a piece to use as door prizes and at least five items or item bundles valued between $30 and $60 to use for our charity raffle.
Benefits for You
In exchange for your donation, your business will be advertised as a sponsor in our event programs (right at the front!) as well as on our website and our main event banner that attendees will see as they enter the event. Not to mention, a portion of our profits, including proceeds from our raffle, will go to support The North Texas Food Bank. You get advertising, we get the prizes we need to keep the night going, and we both get to support a worthy cause.
