Cleansing Needed for Farm

Proclamation...
I've moved onto a 50 acre farm that has a fair amount of history.
The locals have fairly negative things to say and some downright hair raising comments and stories.
Enough that it sat empty for darn near 20 years.
I've been there 2 years now. I always have been a fairly direct, solid, stubborn type. I'll stand up to darn near anything. But this is getting me a bit frazzled.
You name it, I get it. No one's karma deserves what I have had happening. Tires won't hold air. Livestock dies for no reason. Turn yer back and things go pflooey. Stuff moves. Water issues. Erratic machinery problems. Weird wind. Areas everything avoids. And much, much more.
I've looked for someone to come out and do a cleansing and blessing. And ward it so it stays that way. Had two folks that each were all set. And cancelled or declined prior to living up to their commitments.
I really, really, really need this done. If you think you can do it, I'd love to hear from you! Figure worst case in terms of malignant and nasty and come loaded for Evil.
