Pagan friendly room-mate wanted. Move in can start Saturday May 30, available June 1.
Rent $435.00 per month
The apartment is a 2 bedroom semi furnished townhouse. The bedrooms along with the full bathroom are upstairs. Downstairs (street level) is the living room, kitchen , 1/2 bath, and deck.
The kitchen has many extras including a full stove/oven. Washer/dryer is coin-op in building next to apartment along with small storage space.
Rent includes DirecTV w/standard DVR (HD DVR $5 more & you need to have your own HD tv) , other bills: 1/2 of PUD (electric) and 1/2 clearwire (high-speed) internet or your choice of high speed access.
No smoking , No drugs , I seldom drink (cook with wine or spirits every so often) .Quiet required after 8pm (we have working neighbors) . Apartment management charges very large deposit for 1 cat, no other pets allowed.
Proof of income/ funds available requested. Rent due upon move in, July and all future months rent due on the 1st of the month.
I am a member of a local active pagan group, and can share info about pagan resources in Everett.
