Forest Moon Grove September Update

Proclaimed by: Forest Moon Grove
Proclaimed from: Mount Vernon, Washington

Greetings, updates from Forest Moon Grove are a long time in coming, so here goes. We have moved into our paradise here in the Haystack Mountains in Concrete, WA and are loving it up here. We have 4 acres with 2 separate pastures, one we will be converting into a ritual space and bonfire pit for open rituals and Sabbat celebrations. We have a greenhouse, 2 barns, and a shed Iíve turned into our Pagan shed. Our house is huge and perfect for our family. Sometime next year we will look at restarting our drumming circle, kids Tribe, and public Sabbats so stay tuned.
I wish to thank all of you who responded to our message on facebook, the call for protection for Pete and Ebette and Aquarian Tabernacle as the wildfire was coming toward them, threatening their well-being. The fire was coming toward them on the mountain and then turned the opposite direction and they didnít have to evacuate as they thought they would. Now, on a healing note, please remember DJ Conway as she is worried about her health due to unusual symptoms that started out as a flu.
Back to the farm, we have a greenhouse so planning on year-round produce. Got to harvest cherries from our cherry tree, and now is apples so may even get to make some cider. We also have a large raised garden over-run with oregano lol, we have raspberries, and I just planted 3 blueberry bushes. We are over-run with blackberries, in the woods we have huckleberries, thimble berries, and salmon berries and thereís cotton woods all around us so plenty of morel mushrooms come this spring. We also have 2 roosters and 15 hens which one had 11 chicks recently so lots of eggs. This also brings us to part of the future of Forest Moon as eventually we plan on getting a couple Hereford Heifer calves, some dwarf goats, more rabbits, and maybe a couple horses for the kids if thatís something they want to pursue when their older. I want to incorporate some Home-steading and disaster preparation classes into Forest Moon for those that wish to participate.
Cheyanne has been in and out of the hospital with a UTI and kidney infection so please also place her on your healing altarís. We have some testing to be done on her at Seattle Childrenís hospital and hopefully all will come out fine. Antheny has been growing like a weed and catching up to his sister and both kids have brought us nothing but joy in our lives and keep us on our toes.
Ashley has been busy with her Munkin Cakes business experimenting with different baking techniques and having fun with her skills, her site can be found on facebook at go check her page out . She has been enjoying our life in the country with canning and making blueberry syrup, strawberry preserves and other fun things. Another plug of a business Iíd like to make is Riaís Re-sacks owned and run by Ria, one of our local Forest Moon members, who takes feed sacks from people and makes shopping totes and aprons out of them. Her facebook can be found at
We had planned a road trip to see family in Alabama for September but due to Cheyanne getting sick have put it off until October depending on whether Cheyanne is better. If we return before Samhain we will plan something out here for Samhain , more will follow depending on when we get back.
Our Pagan shed has been awesome and I would like to thank all of you who have donated books, candles, incense etc, we always accept donations of Pagan supplies which are used for Troop support, the kids Tribe, Forest Moon Paranormal protection and any Pagans needing anything they get free of charge. If you wish to donate supplies you can email me at for our shipping address and monetary donations can be sent to our paypal at
Lastly, our busiest area of Forest Moon has been Forest Moon Paranormal, our Investigative team. We have an active local investigation going on and we are doing consult and research work on a bizarre case for a team in North Carolina. As the Representative for the states of WA, ID, MT, and WY for the National Paranormal Society and on facebook at I encourage you to check them out and submit your team for inclusion into their database if you belong to a paranormal team. Iím working on a directory of groups for the states I cover for referrals to clients. Iím also working on an entity database/encyclopedia consisting of spirits, demons, mythological creatures, cryptozooogical beasts, faeries, dragons and any paranormal or unknown creature if anyone out there wishes to contribute by all means I welcome your help with open arms. Iím also working in training presentations for new members on ethics and protocols, equipment usage, safety and protection, paperwork and documentation, and historical research. Forest Moon Paranormal can be found on Facebook at The Forest Moon Paranormal goals and areas of interest include:
Entity Identification and removal (if necessary)

House cleansings and Blessings

Poltergheist Activity

EVP (Electrical Voice Phenomena)

UFO Sighting and Alien Abduction

We will also take new members.

I can be reached on skype as eric.cooper61 for consult and discussion, or you can call or text me at 360-853-6019. Ashley also added a chat room to the Forest Moon website at which also can be reached on mobile phone but to access chat you must join the site. Forest Moon Grove can also be found on yahoo at and on Facebook at we will soon start having Pagan and Paranormal chats in our room to be announced later.
In closing, I will post our 2013 calendar sometime in November and donít forget we are having a Winter Solstice celebration here Dec 21st more details will come out soon. I hope everyone has been doing fine in these trying times, just remember keep your head up and know your deities will never give you more then you can chew. Go outside and take a deep breath and take a sip of spiced cider it cures all ails. Blessings.
Eric, Ashley, Cheyanne and Antheny
