**'To Those Willing to Share of Themselves With Giving Spiritual (etc) Support: For me to be Blessed with Receiving Notification (ASAP) ' ** *Re: "01-04-07 State Medical Assistance Benefits Appeals Hearing" & Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Sean Maloney's Positive Judgement/ Decision: "Ordering Immediate Re-Instatement of my Full Medical Assistance Benefits (Due to "Disability Determination") * *Have been Without Any/All My "State Medical Assistance Benefits" since Termination Date: '06-01-06' (Youngest Daughter's19th Bday/ State Regs) So, Appealed on Basis of Disabilities & with Drs Help/ Support! My RXs/ Meds:$2500 ea month!*Inability to Attain/Maintain Gainful Employ (Per Drs Diagnosis) Due to Perm Multi (Chronic/ Acute) Disabilities/ Wheel Chair Bound! Try to "Stretch-Out" Rx/ Meds: Only take 1/2-1/3 of Drs Prescribed Dosage (But either ran out or am nearly so) !On almost Constant (In-Home Electric) Hospital Bed Rest, ie:Weakness/"Brain Fog"/ Insomnia/ Nausea/Pain/Migraines + All Severe Symptoms of my Multi-Disabilities (caused by inability to afford/take RX/Meds) ! *44yrs, Div/ Mom (Daughter moved out 6mos ago/To Marry Soon) Am/ Live Alone & (No Access to Wheel-Chair Van) so also Home-Bound! Only Live with Very Limited Basic Necessities, but Border On: Local Phone, Utilities (Heat Set:58 degrees/ 35watt Lite only as need) Disconnect & Eviction/ Homeless Status each Month! *So for now:
Must Continue on Path of Spiritual (etc) Study/ Practice (as Able) ...Keep Sense of Humer... Take Life, 1 Day at a Time...Not lose Hope... Notice Each Joy...Count Every Blessing... & Remember to Give Grateful Thanks for All...*Tho was Diagnosed "Legally Disabled", with Lifetime Perm Multi-Disabilities/ Wheel Chair & Bed/Home-Bound (by Dr's in 12-98) , To receive Benefits: Seperate "State Medical Assistance" or "Federal SSI/SSDI" Judgment Ruling with Approval for Benefits Required! * With Guidance/Support of my Dr's/Atty-Law Firm, in Midst 7yr Battle: Application Approval for My Federal SSI/SSDI Benefits! No Legal Time Limit, by which Date of my Remand/ Appeals Hearing must be Scheduled/ Held, So, no way to know how much longer before Hearing Date/When receive Judge's Ruling!! Where my Hopes/Desperate Pleas can be Answered & Being Blessed to Receive Notification of: "Positive Judgement/ SSI/SSDI Benefits Approval": Ordering Immediate Dispersal of my Full, Past, Present, Lifetime (Financial/ Medical, Disability Housing, etc) Per SSI/SSDI Statutes, Disabilty Status Acknowledgment! (Deserve/Need Benefits: After 25yrs+ Jobs, 'til Disabilities/ Dr's finally forced me to stop) * Hope it will be ASAP! **** Brightest Blessings to all who took the time to read & Deepest Appreciation for those Answering my Plea! ****
