WI Pagan Pen Pals Needed

hello and mma, I've been doing prison ministry work for about 5 years now and recently I helped put together a group with the express purpose of directly helping incarcerated pagans. The idea was to have a yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wisconsinpaganprisonministries/ to coordinate all the things necessary to do so and then to get a sub-group of folks that would be interested and willing to be spiritual pen pals to those still inside. The Temple of the Four Winds in Milwaukee does some of this work and everything I've heard suggests they do it well, we are looking to expand that idea. We have the pobox and the procedure (inmate writes to the pobox, letter is uploaded to the site, writers pick a letter they wish to respond to, sends response to site, response it printed off by the Coordinator and mailed to inmate) , we have a pile of letters come in. We are short the writers. If you are at all interested in a safe and easy way of helping folks on their path that are locked up at the moment please, please drop me a line personally or through the WIPPD yahoo group linked above. Also, there is always a significant lack of people going into prisons as volunteers, which is the only way inmates can meet or do ritual, please consider volunteering a hour of your time once or twice a month. bb,
