Forty something female, who has shared placement of her kids, solitary witch, seeking another female to share my two bedroom apartment in Milwaukee Riverwest. It is a beautiful 1920s classic duplex, lower level with security system, hardwood floors, with a renovated, modern bathroom. The shared space includes living room, dining room, kitchenette, and bathroom, with storage space and washer and dryer in the basement. The dining room has a huge built-in China cabinet that is my altar, and being eclectic, I would be happy to share it with joint input as to its arrangement and use. The shared space is pretty well furnished, but I would be open to merging your stuff, too. Your bedroom is not furnished. I have a great, open-minded landlord that lives upstairs, who is a kind father figure who adds great energy to this place.
Your share of the rent would be $370 per month, plus half the gas and electric. Water and security system are included, and the rest like cable and internet are negotiable. Parking is on the street via city permit. Close to the Eastside, Downtown, Shorewood, lakefront, and UWM. Looking for January if possible, but for sure by February 1st, 2013.
