Filed & (Blessed) as Granted Order of "REMAND" (Case Sent Back to Lower Court & Reheard) late 2004! Since, tho Atty's doing best able: Still same unending Limbo (No Time Limitations on New Hearing Date) Lost in Muck/Mire & Fog called Gov't! DATES: "*Interim State Benefits" Terminated: "09-05": *Disability (Financial) (Daughter Graduates H/S) & "06-06":* All Medical Assistance (Daughter 19th Bday) My Rx's $2500 Ea Mo! Inability to afford Drs Appt/ take Prescriptions, (So Suffer All Perm Multi-Disability Symptoms) Severe: Weak/Listless, Pain, Migraine (etc) & Bedridden! Homebound (No WheelChair Access Van) Am/Live Totally Alone (Daughter's moved out, 6mos/ Soon Married) , Borderline: Limited Phone/Utilities Disconnect & Eviction to Homeless Status Monthly! 01-04-07: (Full Support , Dr's/ Others) Attended "Medical Assistance Appeals Hearing" & Sent Plea Out for Spiritual (etc) Support & Blessings, that I Receive (ASAP) Notice of: "Positive Judgment/ Decision" by Judge Sean Maloney (ALJ) Ordering: "Immediate & Complete Re-Instatement of my Full State Medical Assistance Benefits, per Physical Disability Status! Will continue fight SSI/SSDI Battle, with needed beliefs & Spiritual, etc Support & Receive Full Past/Present & Life- Time SSI/SSDI needed/deserved BENEFITS!Then can gain my strength to fully continue my Spiritual/Magickal/Ceremonial: Studies/ Practice/Share-Teach&Journey!END Update! It's Urgent that I be Approved:For Financial/Rx Benefits/during 2+yrs awaiting SSI/SSDI Approval: Along (with Drs Verification of Disabilities/Inability to work) was Approved 'County Medical Disability' ! Unfortunately, on daughters 18th b-day (05-02-05) Any & All 'County Medical Disability' Benefits: Income/Medical (Rx's-$1, 000+ mo) will be Terminated!!!! Unless SSI/SSDI (Financial/Medical/Rx, etc) Gains Approval for
Full Benefits by Judge; Inability to work= Termination County Disability Benefits=no$/ no Medical/Rx+Life Threatening+Homeless+ no Eat+etc!Dr's/Others involved-help, agree: Deserve/Need Benefits, but ~It All comes down to Judge's Ruling! Worked since teen/ til 6 yrs ago! Usually joke: 'A Wide variety of jobs, but alike in low wages' Already worked that have 'Enough 1/4's In' to Qualify for Full Benefits on own merit! Please Believe~ Spent Long Hrs of True/Honest & Deepest Spirit Searching: I'm Incapable of Working Job! Feel Deep Guilt & Resentment (at my Body's Betrayal) but Dr's repeated Advice/Orders-I Have to Face Facts!:

With Chronic/Acute Multi-Disabilities (Further Medical Tests Diagnose more, each time) ~Permanent WheelChairBound. Always Feeling Ill & In Pain (Chronic) Mostly up to/with Acute!

Spiritual Beliefs! Searched yrs/many "Organized Religions" Til, My Disabilities, lead me to My 1st guide & Continued yrs of Studies!...Questions Asked/finally answered! Magick Always thought I had & wondered about , but never knew for sure, do now-is true! Gathered Such a Library, to study & learn from! So a very positive aspect in having time, that I hope to build on , in future!
