I was born in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. I'm a heinz 57 heritage-wise, on my mom's side, German, English and North American Aboriginal; on my father's side, Polish. We moved to Edmonton when I was 6. Grew up on Bewitched, Outer Limits, Star Trek and I Dream of Jeannie. . . Then to the BC interior where I finished High School. I read "Stranger In a Strange Land" in grade 8 and wondered why the whole world couldn't be this loving (yet firm and able to take care of business) . We lived on a hobby farm so I was very close to the land and mom raised us Earth Honouring (although Catholic) and I started on a spiritual quest that finally led me to Victoria BC and "real" Witches!! I was so thrilled to finally come home to my spirituality. Everything finally made much more sense. Met and married my atheist husband in 1991. (now separated since 2004) Had our beautiful daughter in 1996 when I was 39. Have been part of several covens and have belonged to the Thirteenth House almost from it's conception. Having always wanted to be a "Priest" as a child and been told that "girls CAN'T be Priests" so the system of goddess spirituality really appealed to me. Thou Art God/dess. May you never thirst. I became ordained on-line with the Universal Life Church in 2001 and have been working for years to have it recognize in British Columbia. I would love to be able to marry people as a pagan minister.
