Likes: Writing, movies, love intelligent horror films, sketching, painting, and reading. I grow herbs, love tasting new dishes, and I really like coffee. World religions, Buddhism, Thelema, Hermeticism, mysticism and other spiritual philosophies.
Dislikes: Argumentative people, uncooperative people, abusers, rapists, inflated egos, bad tempers, racism, sexism, selfishness, gluttony, apathy, shallow personalities, no patience, sociopaths, rude and manipulative people.
Slaying Crow O'Hagan's Profile...
I would like to respectfully say: I believe we are all equal human beings here on earth and I will never claim to be the epitome of knowledge. All we have is each other and all we will have in death is each other, so we need to treat one another better, and recognize the value of human life more than the little we do.
I'm a pretty easy going person who likes to meet new people, experience new cultures, and new places.
As my description says above I consider myself to be a Pagan, which is because I do worship various Gods. I am also a Thelemite, which goes well with my beliefs as a Pagan. In fact in Thelemic groups many initiates work with Gods and Goddesses.
I wish to serve my community as clergy and I am currently working towards that.
I have had so much death in my life that funerals have become a comfortable place to me. I work with those passing or going through a sense of rebirth in their lives.
I am a certified volunteer of the Surrey Hospice Society. So yes I have been trained and do have a certificate.
I do work with energies/magick so yes you could call me a Witch/Sorceress. I practice meditation regularly, read many books from my ever increasing collection (as so many other people do too) . I've read many of the classics of occult literature and of course much of the modern materiel. My favorite authors are Doreen Valiente, Dion Fortune, Israel Regardie, Lon Milo DuQuette Agrippa the Mage and of course Alister Crowley.
I try to stay active in my religious community and am willing to volunteer my time for events or just come out to share my support. I feel it is important to stick together to strengthen our local network. Especially for our next generation coming up. Though I myself have no biological children.
In the meantime I've been busy writing and working on my film projects for festivals. I came out to Vancouver to attend the Vancouver Film School and graduated from the full time film production course in October 2005. As you can see I certainly have my work cut out for me.
