Dislikes: The way some people are always looking at what makes us different. That's easy. Did a weekend, some years ago, with Druids, a Soefi Master, a Roman Catholic priest, a Reverent from a Protestant church, some Pagans, Wiccans and Witches. We discussed the things we had in common.

During the weekend as described we shared our circles, went to church on sunday morning in a combined catholic/protestant service. We ended up discovering we had more things in common then whatever differences between us. And excuse my English.
Initially educated as a historian I have gained experience as a HR consultant and project manager and as trainer / coach in the fields of HR management, labour market projects and vocational education and training, both in businesses and government.
Besides reaching tangible results I am especially fascinated by the people I meet: their motives, their development, their mutual relations and the impact of these relations on their performance and on the performance of organizations.
Thinking about a small group to celebrate the Sabbath's in my town.
