Dislikes: Interference with free will (mine or anyone's) , willful ignorance, making a fool of myself (though I'm very experienced at it! ;-) , people trying to boss me around.

Mother phase. I used to be very active in many different levels (local, regional, national, international) of the Pagan community through the Pagan/Occult/Witchcraft Special Interest Group of Mensa, which I ran in the '80's. Motherhood changed my focus, so nowadays I'm pretty out of touch with anything outside Palo Alto, California! /:-\ I do try to stay (well, GET) in touch with what is happening in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I've had the good fortune to Work with Pagans from many different paths, and I've been blessed with the opportunity to learn from some fine teachers (Thank you all, especially Julie, Ollie, Victor, Cora, Gabriel, John, Alison, and OCP) . I have traditional initiations, but am always somewhat eclectic.
I'm active in the Temple of Inanna and Dumuzi, and also in the working/training coven, Waxing Moon Circle (see link) , and the Palo Alto Area Pagan Meetup group.
I have some thoughts for those who are seeking a teacher. I won't repeat them here, but they're posted on the Covenant of the Goddess website at http://www.cog.org/wicca/teach.html .
