I am a 65 year old woman, and retired in February 2010 from Alameda County ITD. I am married and have a 22 year old son. I am always learning something new. I have a fairly large library of Llewllyn books and Tarot decks, and dip in and out of them frequently.
My husband was a Buddhist monk from Thailand until he quit to marry me, so we are also active at our temple in Fremont. I had been learning from Karin Kabalah and Rosicrucian Order, AMORC when I met someone from this temple. After discussing our believes and values, I found that we had almost the same beliefs, if from entirely different paths. I met my husband there, and got to know him while teaching him English. That was about 26 years ago.
