I have been a practicing wiccan since the mid 1970's and have been involved with two different covens in the early 1980's.
I have studied under Ed Fitch in his outer court group during that time.
Currently I am a solitary practioner, due in large part to having a career as a law enforcement officer in a community/work environment that is closed-minded to wiccan and pagan beliefs and practices. (They would probably burn me at the stake if I was discovered) .
I miss practicing with other wiccans, participating in the wonderful rituals and the enlightening discussions.
I have a wonderful husband who supports my beliefs, practices and 'my bohemian ways' and a household full of wonderful pets and familiars.
I am getting 'long in the tooth' as law enforcement goes, and am feeling a stronger pull towards wicca. I hope to concentrate on a more eclectic career (art and jewelry) in the near future.
