I just moved to Houston, Texas in July of 2011. I moved from Los Angeles, California. back at home a had what I liked to call my "witch family", a group of 4 friends and I, that got together every so often for esbats and sabbats, or just random nature walks and camping in the mountains to stay in tune with nature. And our group has remained solid since 2006, but I moved.
I thought i could count on them for spiritual support, even with the distance, but it hasn't been quite the case. If anything, it feels as if my so-called family has moved on without me. I'm back to where I was five years ago, before I found them... a solitary witch with no out let. Hopefully joining this community will help.
