The feeling I get as the power builds up insde me during ritual. The magick swirling around me when I'm creating something with my hands and mind.Celtic music moves through me constantly so I would consider that a good thing. A good discussion on just about anything.The midnight sky.
Dislikes: Witches who forget that magick and religion must be balanced to follow any path within the Craft-even a solitary one. People who see the writing on the wall in front of them, but refuse to believe it. Anyone who abuses anything they don't understand-whether it be a living thing or an idea. Rap music. Stupidity of any kind-we're all born with a brain every one should learn to use it.It isn't difficult to think.

Me-- I guess you'd have to say that I'm a very open minded person who believes in what the Goddess/God has put me here for. I am a combination of Scots/Irish/Native American. I'm a 50 year 5'9", 160lb bi-sexual male Witch with rather long hair.I tend to dislike those who can't be open about the Craft or their beliefs or any thing else in their lives. If you're not willing to be open to yourself or those around you- how can you be honest and open with the Lord and Lady.I'm not afraid to tell the truth as I see it, but would welcome all who can share their beliefs with me.I enjoy a good debate no matter what the subject matter.
I am currently interested in finding people of the same ideas about the Craft (mostly Celtic/Irish) and it's role in todays over-indulgent world to brainstorm about starting a community of Witches and Pagans.Where we can teach our younger folks how to balance themselves and Mother Nature instead of abusing Her as so many people do today.I think it is up to us as a community to give our knowledge to the next generation.
I am trying to bring together a small group of individuals/families that would like to practice their beliefs without the every day turmoil of today's society and build a self-sustaining (in all ways) community of Witches/Pagans somewhere in the high country. A community where we can teach our children and each other all that we can without fear of anyone or anything.
It is difficult to do this because so many folks are struggling-but I believe there is a group of folks out there.
Anyone who would care to help with this process whether with ideas to share or actual skills to offer are welcome- especially ones with knowledge of wind and solar power, greenhouse gardening, converting old cars to electrical power, or anything else that someone feels would be beneficial to a small community of people.
My partner and I are soon going to be moving from Cripple Creek proper to a 35 acre place about 8 miles (as the raven flies) away. It has all the beginnings and there's still some room to expand if we get the right folks interested.
