Began casual plant, astrology and gem-lore studies as a young kid. This expanded erratically into other occult studies. Gradually stepped onto a Goddess path in the late Seventies, which melded into a formal practice of witchcraft in 1981.
Late 1980s, began learning the practices of shamanism. For me, the Craft and shamanism form a complimentary and balanced practice.
Extensive formal shamanic training mainly through Sandra Ingerman (author: "Soul Retrieval, " "Shamanic Journeying: A Beginner's Guide" and more) and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
Teaching shamanic practices (since 1989) and working in shamanic healing (since 1991) ; also teach classes on the Craft, Tarot and other metaphysical subjects (listed here on the Witches' Voice) .
"Math for Mystics" - on Numerology and Magical Math - was published by Weiser in March 2007. Several other books in print: "Candle Magick, " "Stone Craft" and "Rune-Reader."
