I worked for about twenty years in arts administration and performing arts production. During that time I began studying and eventually teaching tarot. As my performing arts career began dwindling, my tarot and my writing began gaining momentum.
I lead the Denver Tarot Geeks, a group of intermediate and advanced tarot readers dedicated to the study of the esoteric and historical tarot. I'm the Organizer of the Denver Tarot Meetup for all levels of Tarot readers and the tarot curious. I also teach classes in tarot, kabbalah, and astrology. You can find these in my listings.
I'm a Certified Professional Tarot Reader through the Tarot Certification Board of America.
I'm a teacher of Traditional Japanese Reiki in both the Usui Reiki Ryôhô and Komyo Reiki lineages. I'm the organizer of the Denver Reiki Co-op meetup group.
I'm a student of the Western Mystery Tradition, with a strong focus on kabbalistic-based Golden Dawn practices.
Besides Joseph Campbell, my favorite author is John Michael Greer, for his inspiring insight and practical exercises in ceremonial magic. He really encourages the reader to practice, and that's where the true education comes from.
My sun sign is Aries, moon in Cancer, Cancer rising. I'm currently teaching a method I developed called The Empyrean Key. It's a personal growth system that uses the tarot and spiritual practices to help understand, integrate and manifest the evolutionary blueprint of the natal chart. It's magical, practical and very personalized. And it works!!
