I am a hereditary witch. Grew up in a family with various "gifts" but weren't allowed to speak of them to others. My children also have their own gifts, but don't practice them, just live with them and relate their newest experiences to me. They don't speak of them outside of the family either because of the narrow-mindedness of others. My mother would know that the phone was going to ring and who was calling. My youngest brother had "ESP" skills (blind card perception) , my son has "awake foreknowledge", and both of my daughters have "dream foreknowledge." My gift is as a kitchen witch. We've always known we were "different." We've always communed better with nature than with people outside of our family. Have always had our furry babies - and our familiars, who can "hear" our thoughts, know our feelings, almost better than we do ourselves. Currently with the "Wings of Destiny/School of Light" coven...my extended family! Love my coven-mates to pieces! Here to communicate with like-minded people. No one can ever have "enough" friends...I have a heart as big as Texas, but I can "see" a fake a mile away! I feel auras, so I've learned (after a few mistakes) who to allow into my life and who to keep out, as soon as I meet them. My oldest daughter has the same ability...she calls it her "wierdo-meter"; only hers is even stronger than mine!
