I kind of wish I had a totally Pagan upbringing, like some folks, cause that would have been ever so much nicer than being raised as a Jehovah's Witness with a guilt complex as wide and as long as the Colorado River.
But then again, all things happen so that we may forge our paths--and so I have done so. I am a Texan-born twenty-something living in Kentucky; the Ohio River Valley region to be exact, which is a bowl of fertile earth that takes my breath away with its elegance and carefully balanced ecosystem. All that I worship and love in nature, I have found here in my back yard.
I am very much a fan of authors like Marian Green and Scott Cunningham, for their overtones of returning to nature, of getting past the lines of civilization to connect with all things green and growing.
I do my best to inspire passion in nature's intricacies and beauty in any way that I can. Mostly through poetry and subtle observations.
