Likes: Honesty, compassion, and open exchange of ideas without judgment or bias, learning new things, meeting new people, the color purple, animals - I currently do not have any furry house mates. I used to have (but not all at the same time!) 4 cats, 2 dogs, 2 ferrets, 22 hamsters, 2 snakes, lots of fish, and one very thankful little crayfish. One day I would like to have a horse and maybe a goat. I also enjoy reading, painting, yoga, pilates, studying world religions, playing the piano, kids, books (sci-fi/fantasy, fluff) , movies (action/adventure) , TV (Bones, CSI, NCIS, etc) , music (almost anything) , creating things (painting, cross stitch, websites, building things) , and sooooo much more!
Dislikes: Any type of housework, but especially washing dishes!! Now this doesn't mean I don't DO housework, just that I don't LIKE it! Seriously, I really dislike closed minded people, people who lie, addictions, perfectionism, distractions…where was I?! =o)

July 29, 2010 Update:
I am interested in starting a Natchitoches Pagan Group that welcomes Pagans of all flavors. I would love to be able to get together and socialize with others of a like-mind.
If you are in Natchitoches, you will very likely understand what I mean when I say that I am feeling very stifled here, and I would really like to be able to be myself without having to deal with non-Pagans' misunderstandings and/or harassment. There is always the option of driving up to Shreveport, but wouldn't it be great to have a group that meets locally?
If you are interested in getting together (to socialize, practice, or just to get out of the house away from your kids, family, significant other, etc.) , please send me an email and I will do my best to respond right away.

I am a Priestess of the Religious Order of Witchcraft. I received my instruction under High Priest Lord Russell George and High Priestess Lady Katina Smith.
I lived in New Orleans almost all my life except for a few years during which I lived in Keyport, WA, El Cajon, CA, and Houston, TX. I am now, thanks to Hurricane Katrina, a resident of Natchitoches. I like it here, but I am having trouble finding anyone with similar spiritual beliefs. I have had several offers from people of mainstream religious backgrounds to join their churches, which I appreciate, but they become uncomfortable when they discover I am not of a mainstream faith and eventually stop speaking with me. I am frustrated with the closed mindedness of some people here.
