Likes: There's a lot to like. Didn't always feel that way but life has a way of being interesting and I have learned to enjoy all the little things. My favorites are reading, cooking, playing with my three kiddos, being outside in the stillness of nature and the tempest of her other side, and studying.
Dislikes: Willful ignorance! I don't mind it as long as you are willing to be open and learn but stubbornly ignorant I cannot abide; I also dislike liars for obvious reasons, and lack of respect. Otherwise I can tolerate just about anything.

Okay, so I am not good at this but I really just want to get more involved with my community, pagan and local. I have been studying for years and practicing sporadically. I just feel that I have reached a point in my life where I need to get out there and get more involved. I follow a loosely Irish Celtic faith and I say loosely because I am trying to incorporate my cajun heritage. My mate follows the path of Odin so it gets added into the mix. I am not trying to create a new tradition so much as trying to find my own. Since I live in South Louisiana I can't fully relate to the older traditions from across the way. So I use the one I best associate with and add a little local flavor. I have used the term Celtic Cajun. It's spiritual gumbo. My main interest is herbalism. I am fascinated by the natural world and what it has to offer us. I believe that it is important to learn to live not only off the land but with the land.
