Cedar Light Grove is the local Baltimore grove of Ar nDra'ocht Fein, the national druid fellowship founded by Isaac Bonewits and others in the early eighties.
We have regular meetings at Cedarlight Center...

...our own home in the Hamilton neighborhood of Baltimore City. We sponsor Lore Meetings every Thursday designed to give a block of instruction on a given topic and Rites of Caffeina on Sunday mornings which is an open social event and pot luck breakfast. We also have A Walk with the OldOnes on Sunday mornings. We take a some time to reconnect with the earth, to meditate and to speak with our Gods. These weekly events, as well as our High Day celebrations, are open to the public.
Our beliefs, while centered in the images of paleo-Indo-European societies, principally those of Celtic heritage, lend themselves to the creation of a group open to those of all traditions who share our goals. We are dedicated to the central belief that our Earth is sacred, and that we must strive to live in ways that preserve and protect her. We are further dedicated to the full achievement of human potential and to the worship of the OldOnes.
We have members of all ages, colors, and orientations. We have a number of members interested in pagan children's programs. We have several members going through coming of age and several more interested in croning. We welcome all who come with open mind and honest intent.
