Church Of Ancient Ways's Profile...
Leaglly Recognized Handfastings done anywhere in the tri-state area, and NYC. Sunday services are held the first & third Sunday of every month. Services consist of cross-cultural and multi-traditional views on such topics as: forgiveness and compassion, communication, seasonal correspondences to our lives, and the like. This is followed by meditation and some energy workings. All with an open mind are welcome, as space allows. We are all student and teacher here; keeping what works for ourselves and learning by hearing what works for others, in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
We have four other CoAW congregations on Long Island, one in Atlanta and one in St. Louis.
There is an ongoing Women's Group as well as many Earth centered outings.
Our Yahoo club has a calendar of when and where's so feel free to pop in and say hi!
Handfastings, Baby Welcoming and Blessings, House Cleansings & Rites of Passage are all available. All donations are tax-deductible.
