I'm Deborah Lipp; Wiccan, author, sometime High Priestess, and 40something single mom. I live with the contradictions of my lifestyle; tattooed lefty Wiccan makes me one of the "alternative" folks, suburban 9-to-5, back-to-school-night, condo living makes me one of the "normal" folks. I'm both and neither, I'm myself; light-hearted, emotional, funny, serious, playful, outspoken, and entirely one of a kind.
I've been Wiccan my entire adult life; started seeking as a teen, joined a group at 20, and have never looked back. I love my life, I love the Gods, I love this world with all its flaws. My glass isn't half-full, it's *exactly* what I want to drink. Yet I can be sarcastic and cynical and I despise the credulous naivety that is sometimes mistaken for Paganism.
I am a cat person, although my darling Watusi is effectively preventing me from getting a second cat (she nibbles on them) .
