I am an Astrologer, Tarot reader, Psychic Counselor, Teacher and Author practicing at Enchantments Occult Store in New York. I have authored two books, "Modern Magickal Keys" distributed by Counter Culture UK and "Liber Quantum, " which has recently been released by Rebel Satori Press. Coming in 2013 will be my third book, "The Exalted Man" as well as a second edition of my first book, "Modern Magickal Keys, " both from Rebel Satori Press. I am also a contributor to both the Astrology Quarterly in London and Ashe Journal.
My work is concerned with helping others on their journey to self-empowerment. I believe in the Malcolm X maxim of "Make it plain, " meaning that I try to make my sessions, lectures, and writing as clear and concise as possible so that whoever I am working with can walk away from a reading or class with a new basis for understanding how and why they are creating the life they are experiencing. The philosopher P.D. Ouspensky once wrote that in order to evolve our consciousness we must first realize we are fundamentally unconscious in daily life. The process of unraveling our learned behaviors in search of what Aleister Crowley termed our "True Will" is what the 20th Century Mystic G.I. Gurdjieff referred to as "The Work, " and essentially represents the ultimate reason for any of us being alive.
I am a practicing Qabalist, which means that I use the Tree of Life and its various correspondences (The Hebrew Alphabet, Tarot, and Astrology) as a way to decipher the relative meanings behind my life experiences. I also work with the Enneagram model as a way to understand the mechanism of human consciousness, though not by categorizing personalities, but rather by revealing that logic or sequential thinking is effectively an act of memory and the present must always be about acknowledging Natural Laws and then adjusting to them intuitively.
In my first book entitled "Modern Magickal Keys, " I endeavored to present the reader with the basic concepts of Qabalistic/Magickal thought and then offered some original talismanic images and Ritual Practices to show how these concepts could be used for personal evolution.
In my current book entitled "Liber Quantum, " I take the reader to the next level of esoteric work by first revealing the Mathematics that link the major divination systems of the world such as The Tarot, I-Ching, and the Runes. I will then address how Mathematics is at the base of all Mysticism, for example how the Christ/Resurrection metaphor can only be explained rationally by using Occult Mathematics and symbolism. There are also chapters looking at how Mathematics can be used to gain a new perspective on both Astrology and Dream Interpretation, which I hope will provide a solid foundation for those whose logical minds are still too sceptical to allow their Intuition and inherent Psychic abilities guide them.
While I am not a practicing Wiccan or Pagan in the strict sense, I am happy to be posting here on the Witches Voice. There are important individuals in my life who are Witches and I hope to give something back to a community whose adherents have helped my evolution along the Spiritual path.
