Love is a state of mind that manifests in actions of sharing, nurturing, healing and comforting. Very simple words, yet doing this and keeping a Loving state of mind is not always easy.
Do no thing in Anger- and yet indecision on what TO DO leads to frustration... if we do not ground our negativity and find the source of our fear.
You don't have to "win" to win. sometimes the best way to "win" is not to play. Don't let your ego dominate your actions. Many things that have been fought over, are merely egos in competition.
All these things take practice. There is little to learn, and much to practice until it become our way, the path we walk becomes the journey.
When Fear, Anger, Hate, Jealousy and Possessiveness are removed, Love flows in naturally and without effort.
