I'm 32, married to a fantastic man with two great kids. I've been a witch for about 16 years. I've studyied Traditional Witchcraft and Hoodoo extensively, but I also know a lot of LHP, Wicca (both trad and eclectic) , and ceremonial magic.
I work extensively with herbs and have a terrific collection (of which I'm very proud) of 200+ varieties of herbs, seeds, resins, and roots. I use herbs for every application from magic to home remedies. I work a lot with herbal formulas (mainly potions, tinctures and powders) but also knot magic, sigils, seals, mojos and candles. I find curses to be a fine art and enjoy studying them and, when presented with the situation, casting them.

I'm also in the process getting a non-fiction manuscript of mine published in the occult genre and would love to talk to any other writers, if possible. I do the NaNoWriMo every year, too, so if there's any NaNo-ers here, you're welcome to come say hi!
I teach a series of local classes on successful spellcasting, as well. It is very intensive; more like magical college! I had planned on converting it to an online course, but at the moment I'm strapped for time. But we'll get there. Anyone who is good with setting up websites (especially those with password protected pages, message boards, and embedded quizzes) , I'd love to talk to you about this project. As far as meeting people, I'd love to meet anyone within the area (and even those without) for some good conversation. I'd like to meet other Pagan parents (and, of course, Pagan kids!) most especially as my husband and I lead a local coven, Orbis Prosapia, and we're actively seeking new membership. So don't be shy!
