Likes: Ring Jousting, trail riding, historical re-enactment, LOTR, fantasy literature, writing, medeval arts, investigating folklore. The darker shades of the color blue, the color gold as it appears in nature. The energy in my sacred space on "Singing Hill". When I've just scrubbed the H*** outta my guys and their manes are all pristine and white before they roll! All Celtic music. Classical Rock & Roll. HAH! Thought I was going to say C & W didn't you?! I LIKE martial arts movies and the philosphy behind it but martial arts is NOT one of my skills. ( Unless you put me on a horse and tell me to chop pumpkins with a sword! ) I like swords, daggers and other sharp, pointy weapons they used long ago before guns were invented. People who are nice to you, "just because" no matter what their or your religion is. STRAWBERRIES! And last but not least, my dear hubby who is listed on Witchvox under "Sorbus". Although 'like' is too tame a description for what I feel for him. Even when we're at each other's throats I still think our pairing is the perfect match! ( Hey! My horse was still better than his, until he brought the stallion home! ) There's no one else I'd rather cross swords with or stand beside in a fight! You warriors will probably get the picture.
Dislikes: The way I look on camera! People who think that in order to be pagan, heathen or otherwise earth friendly, you MUST be a vegetarian or a vegan. I do eat meat but I am respectful about it! Factory farming. Its hard on the land and doesn't sit well with the neighbors. ( I'm one of those neighbors! Ask me how pure our well water is sometime! EEEK! ) Close minded people, fundis of any religion. Racist people and prejudice in all its forms really get my warrior's hackles up! People who think horses are wonderful fantasy creatures that never do any wrong! ( They've never met my mischievously, brillant bunch! ) I adore my horses. I'm also a realist though. My horses when they've just rolled in their own FILTH! (Which is all the time in winter! ) AAARRGGGHH!! Why do they do that???!! Blueberries. ( Had a bad experience there! ) Raw tomatoes. ( Don't tell my Italian relatives that! ) and cooked carrots. Chocolate! No, I'm not in the wrong section here. I'm a female that is actually missing the "I love chocolate" gene. Just substitute strawberries here!

I follow Epona the White Mare. Her chalice is the wheelbarrow and Her athame the pitchfork! Hee! Hee! Like that? I thought it was cute! Seriously though, I'm a person who works with and owns REAL horses and worships Epona. I'm looking for other like minded people who wish to know more about Epona or people who know more than me on Her. I've already hosted one pagan event at my farm I called the Sacred Herd and we raised some powerful magic! I might have to do that again!
Anyway, if you're interested in chatting and not too off the deep end, drop me a line. I promise I won't kick or bite.
