Hey there! My name is Stephanie and I have been following my path rooted in Primitive Witchery for about 21 years. My practice is a convergence of Old World and New World folk traditions including Conjure (Hoodoo) , Gypsy traditions, and Traditional Witchcraft with some good old New Orleans Voodoo on the side.
I'm the Founder and one of the Leaders of a Coven in the Nashville area called the Society of the Crooked Crossroads (formerly called Hallowed Moon) , and it's turning out to be an incredible group of people. I am very blessed to have the opportunity to practice with such an awesome group of folks!
Although I serve as a teacher to those who want to learn various spiritual and magical outets, I love to learn new things as well. I always try to learn at least one new thing a day. I've also discovered that you can sometimes learn new things from the most unlikely places! More importantly, I believe that life is our most important teacher. I teach Hoodoo workshops at both the Pagan Unity Festival and Nashville Pagan Pride Day, and I offer private Hoodoo instruction as well.
I also own a little outlet called Music City Mojo. I sell all kinds of interesting curios, oils, washes, powders, and more. All created in traditional Southern Conjure (Hoodoo) fashion.
I'm a perfectionist by nature and I don't believe in doing anything half-assed. I'm fiercely loyal to those close to me and would do anything for a kindred spirit. On the flip-side, I have a tendency to be overly blunt and sometimes stick my foot in my mouth. I do it with the best of intentions though.
