Born and raised in the hill country of south Texas. Any excuse to be outside. . . I'm there! I am a single mom of a 18 yr old. honor student who also made first chair all-state choir two yrs. in a row in high school. She has recently started at Baylor University School of Music and received a full scholarship, I am one proud mom. Mom and dad have both passed on and my nest is empty, but its ok. I live on a small three acre place north of San Antonio in Helotes. My family has always defended the defenseless and if there is a "cause", (abuse to people, animals or Mother Earth are top priority) you bet I'm jumping in with both feet. People need to treat others the way they would like to be treated, no exceptions

Thanks.--update Nov 2007, All is well, daughter still at Baylor and life is good, keep smiling, Aug.1, 2008 Beautiful Lammas dawn and I took full advantage of it. Kat is a senior this year, so proud of her, oh and she turned 21. Many Blessings To All, Annahawke.-- March 2010 Daughter graduates, I feel healthy all is ok. It's going to be a good year-- June 2012 Kat lives in Arlington and is a high school choir director for public school in Ft worth... time for me to sell my place, its too empty and it needs a family to nuture it... change is good.
