Hello all.
I'm Riftara, or Jen. I'm Tameran, or a blend of Modern Wicca and Kemetic (ancient Egyptian) practices. I follow the Egyptian calendar but turn it for a truly Northern Hemisphere and not Equator turn of the seasons. I calculate the dates and celebrations from when Sirius rises in my own back yard and use a Modern Wiccan interpretation of the meanings behind the myths. (Maybe I should write a book if it took that long to explain right :) )
I have two wonderful children - Ember (2006) and Liam (2009)
I run the Glade of Acacia (It has a link on here too) in Griffin, we are very active!
I have been ordained by ULC and I do take my religious path seriously, but hey we've got to have a little fun right? I do seriously want to write a book sometime. I also love to study multiple forms of magick, and metaphysics. The more I learn the better I understand the world around me.
I, however, am getting long winded. email me if I haven't bored you yet :) and we will talk, I am longing to learn what you can teach me and to teach you what I know.
