I'm 66 years old, a Crone by virtue of age, experience and training. Born into a Romany tribe, and am always looking for other "sisters" or "brothers" who can trace their geneology back to the Old Country tribes. I've been a WitchVox sponsor almost since the beginning, and while I don't get to surf here often, I am so blessed to be able to be a small part of the Whole. You can find me on Facebook as "Rainbow Moonstone, " the name I called myself in the 60's. Long story for another time. I've been married for 44 years to the same man, and I'll probably keep him, LOL.
I practice in solitary, but am in a wonderful internet group of women, mostly Crones, who agree that we must never stop learning, especially in one's Crone years. I don't teach the Craft any more.
My internet business, Gypsy Silver, had been closed for a year and we decided not to reopened except for former customers wanting special pieces! We'll always be a work in progress, but I'm learning to do it all. Bragging here - I make really great sterling silver and genuine gemstone jewelry but developed Fibromyalgia and it's been hard.
I walk the path of the Goddess, have been meditating since the '60's, and am fascinated with the Eastern spirituality and magick. I have been practicing yoga for many years and am thinking about teaching it. I can honestly be called "Reverend" although I choose not to, but I have the tools and the certification to pull a Pagan wedding together. I intended to go back to school, Goddess willing, when the Old WebMaster and I retired, but this is a great time of our lives and structure just doesn't fit! We now live in Pflugerville, Texas. Anyone out there?
I welcome email from Sisters and like-minded Brothers. Please do not write to me asking for "Gypsy" magick spells. They are private and anyone who offers to sell you one is scamming you. We keep our magick as an oral tradition, passed from mothers to daughters to mothers and those who tell you otherwise are trying to separate you from your cash. Anyone who says they are of the Rom should be ready to prove it to me.
