Wow, I find myself amazed with the pagan community. There are so many of us out there and I get so excited at times. I used to not care about Harry Potter, because it seemed like another stupid kids book. But now I am lost in a world that is comprised of all witches and wizards. I get lost in the fact that he goes to a school of magick. He lives two lives; a life of wonder and a life of solitude away from that which he loves so. I feel like this most times, like the parts of me people see in everyday situations aren't the parts of me I want to live everyday. I live in a fantasy dream of a cabin and a long flowing skirt, where I tend to my garden in the day and read/dance by the fire at night. Where I walk to the herb store, and the candle shop, and then come home to stewed vegetables from my garden. No, no, but that's not how it will be for awhile. On the outside, I am an amazing television executive gonna-be, someone who is working her way right up to the top. One day, I will frolic in the sun and sleep under the big oak tree, all wrapped up in my great-grandmother's blanket. And when the sun goes down, I will sing and drum, frolic some more.
